Back when the Internet was young, I found a good website on computer hardware.  At the time I was researching CPU-over clocking on the Pentium processes (CPUs), and Tom’s Hardware provided excellent reviews on new technology in concise language.  And so it faded into memory.

Years later Tom’s Hardware website still provides good information, and I would suggest it to anyone who needed to know more about computer hardware (ie Hardware Specifications, comparisons, or reviews) for interest sake, or when buying a new computer.  But a site like this will not give you the fundamental understanding of how computers work.
